My workout Plans are based on 12weeks to keep you accountable.  They consist of a Nutrition Plan, a Cardiovascular Plan, as well as a Strength Training Plan.  They are tailored to your specific needs and goals.  I have experience with clients who want to lose lots of body fat, to clients who are training for an athletic event.  I've trained with people who have never exercised a day in their life, I've trained professional athletes. I also incorporate TMR physical therapy into your plan, which is great if you experience any pain, tightness or need to rehabilitate an injury or a set back.

My In Home training rate is $35/ session.  I also train at One-2-One Studio in Cary.   My rate for studio sessions is $45/session.  Virtual Training is also available for $75/month, I will create a plan for you to do on your own that progresses to meet your goals.  I've charged $100/ hour at local fitness clubs in the area.  This is more affordable as well as more convenient and effective for you!
