My name is Max Haake, I am a Kinesiologist, and Personal Trainer.  I have been training clients for the last 10 years.  My interest in exercise grew from a love of basketball and wanting to find a way to be my best.  Not blessed with the best athleticism in the world I was always searching for the best workouts to elevate my game to the next level.  After playing 4 years of college basketball, I started training other basketball players of all levels.  Looking to expand my horizons I went to work for Life Time Fitness.  With their large member base I was able to work with just about every type of client imaginable, from professional athlete to 84 year old man who couldn’t walk without assistance, fibromyalgia to power lifting and everything in between.  Recently I have been working with Total Motion Physical Therapy.  In an effort to become a better trainer I am adding physical therapy tools to my arsenal and upping my expertise on working with restricted movements and ways to align the body for pain relief as well as improved performance.
